Photoshop Elements stores information about your images in catalog files that manage the photos on your computer. - On the Windows taskbar, drag and hold the folder icon over the Organizer application button.
- Wait until the Organizer becomes the foreground application, move the pointer with the folder over the Organizer application window and finally release the mouse button.
